1、 Bed selection.

The thinner the bed is, the greater the resonance will be, and the greater the resonance will inevitably cause vibration marks when carving. Cabinet door in the film before the general vibration is difficult to find, unless in a specific angle, specific lighting can be found. But after absorbing the film, even if it is not under specific circumstances, we can clearly see the vibration lines and wavy lines, which seriously affect the quality of the finished products. It can also be understood that the thicker the bed is, the better it is. But it is not wise to choose a bed that is too thick. If it is too thick, it will cause waste of resources. We should know that bed thickening has cost support.
2、 Drive motor.
Cabinet door process requirements are higher, generally choose servo drive and motor. Of course, if the process requirements are relatively low and the machine cost is strict, there are also some step-by-step drive options. Of course, this is determined according to their own needs. However, servo drive is generally recommended. After all, servo drive is much higher than step in parameter setting, intelligent operation and process optimization.
3、 Operating system.
The operating system generally adopts high-end new generation system, followed by Shanlong control Baoyuan micro red system. These control systems are quite mature in market test and stable in performance. Compared with the other two control systems, the new generation system with display screen is more convenient to operate, but the cost is higher than the latter.
